Alpha Prisma was established to assist major projects, events and venues achieve their maximum outcome and potential.

Through the services of Brian Nourse, Alpha Prisma has extensive expertise in the planning, management and operation of large major projects and events with emphasis in the areas of technology, broadcast, infrastructure and operations. This includes a proven ability of transferring these skills to other industries and projects, including smaller events.

Our Vision

Alpha Prisma was created in 2009 to provide pragmatic and professional support to clients in the planning and delivery of events and projects.

Our vision is to work closely with clients to ensure we understand how our services can be delivered in a sustainable manner that is fit for purpose to the needs of clients.

Based in Australia, we have the ability to work remotely and/or travel to suit the needs of our clients.

    Director and Principal

    Brian is an accomplished and versatile business professional with more than 20 years’ experience, principally in the major event and IT industry. Through all of his roles, by adopting a hands-on approach, Brian has developed a diverse range of skills and experience resulting in a unique capability that transcends across all business areas and is highly transferable to other sectors.

    With significant experience in the planning, management and delivery of major events, Brian has a proven ability to manage the balance between strategy and risk, organisational priorities, client service levels, time and budget – all within uniquely challenging, high profile, time pressured and complex stakeholder environments. This is supported through leadership, insight, and knowledge to support the successful planning and delivery of projects.

    Through Brian’s extensive strategic and operational management experience, he is able to understand and translate business requirements into operational delivery, with a focus on achieving outcomes that meet defined objectives while achieving bottom line results.
